Leads, implements, and manages operational initiatives in support of all Baptist Health practices. Facilitates meetings with diverse groups of stakeholders, providing strategic analysis, and assessments for clients, leaders, or Revenue Cycle counterparts. The Director is a cross-functional leader who oversees relevant Patient Access leaders/departments including metrics, KPIs, budget development, process improvement, personnel issues, etc. Interprets policies and procedures, recommends changes as appropriate, and provides relevant feedback to senior executives. Must have a command of organizational agility, be collaborative and assertive, and have experience working to complete projects across various departments, entities, and specialties. Provides creative and strategic foresight to plan effectively for healthcare industry trends and react to unforeseen changes. Collaborates with various product line leaders and executives to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiencies for optimal financial and patient experience outcomes. Practices the BHSF philosophy of service excellence in providing professional, compassionate and friendly service to patients of all ages, families, employees, physicians and community members.
