    • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to improve planning data quality, integration, reporting, and visibility.

    Constrained Materials & Supply Risk

    • Partner with Global Procurement, a separate corporate team, to communicate material requirements, supply priorities, and projected constraints and to incorporate supplier availability and supply risks into production and supply plans.
    • Support centralized visibility and allocation of constrained materials across sites, products, and business priorities within the planning process.
    • Provide forward-looking material requirements and scenario information to support supply-risk mitigation, including rapid response to changing supplier availability and qualification status.
    • Ensure material constraints and their potential impact on customer commitments, production plans, and business objectives are visible and escalated appropriately.

    Performance Management & Continuous Improvement

    • Establish and monitor planning, logistics, warehouse, inventory, and service KPIs that measure effectiveness, execution, and business performance.
    • Use data and analytics to identify supply risk, capacity constraints, inventory issues, productivity opportunities, and root causes of performance gaps.
    • Develop actionable reporting and operating reviews that support timely decisions and accountability.
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that reduce cost, improve lead time and service, increase supply flexibility, and strengthen process discipline.
