The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field and 5 years' experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or
related area OR 7 years' experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area.
1 year's supervisory experience.
