In this role, you will guide and mentor a team of product leaders to develop strategies, metrics, and backlogs while setting a superior standard for quality and delivery of a customer-centric product. You will have program management responsibility of large strategic initiatives to help drive the success of our Consumer Tax initiatives. You will bring together experience in business strategy and vision, process management, product management, and people management to drive success.
You will be part of a team that believes in working fast, being accountable, and learning from mistakes.
In addition, this role will lead our Digital Analytics and Experimentation capability, ensuring data fidelity, experimentation rigor, and actionable insights are embedded across product development. This includes establishing enterprise standards for analytics and testing, scaling experimentation practices, and enabling product teams to make confident, data-driven decisions.
Day to day, you'll...

What youll bring to the team...
• Bachelor's degree in related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and work experience. MBA or Master's Degree preferred. • 8+ years' experience across business strategy, program management disciplines. • Experience in defining and evolving product and agile processes across teams and stakeholders. • Experience in working in highly regulated environments and demonstrated experience in defining creative solutions in concert with risk and compliance stakeholders. • A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition including drive towards data-led decision making and analytical mindset. • Comfort with Aha, Azure DevOps, and Figma a plus. • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Product Management, or Program Management a plus.

Pay Range Information
The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan. Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or their eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage; can participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k) Plan), the Employee Assistance Program, (virtual) fitness center programs, and the associate discount program; are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit.
Pay Range
$154,900.00 - $263,300.00/Yr.
