Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of product management experience.
• 8 years of experience leading product management teams.
• Experience scaling hyperscale compute/app developer platforms.
• Experience in AI/ML, agent runtimes, and executive communication.

Preferred qualifications:

• Masters degree or MBA.
• Experience leading both high-volume product-led developer platforms and enterprise infrastructure, converting developer adoption into durable revenue.
• Experience partnering with infrastructure, capacity, and SRE organizations on multi-year replatforming without regressing reliability or UX.
• Familiarity with the application platform competitive landscape and a clear vision for Google Cloud winning.
• Proven track record building and executing Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies for developer platforms, including self-serve onboarding and subscription motions.

In this role, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and growth for Google Clouds Serverless, Orchestration, and Firebase portfolio, Cloud Run, Cloud Tasks and Cloud Scheduler, Eventarc, Workflows, and the full Firebase platform. This is one of Google Clouds fastest-growing developer surfaces and the emerging runtime of choice for AI agents. Your mission is to deliver an industry-leading, opinionated onramp that wins developers. You will simultaneously run this as a hyperscale production business, owning reliability, security, and capacity efficiency for one of Google Clouds largest fleets, and partner closely with Engineering, SRE, UX, and GTM teams to convert developer love into durable revenue.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $281000 - $391000 (USD) + 30% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

• Lead Cloud Run as the top model-agnostic agent platform, including sandbox isolation, fast startup, GPU-backed inference, and persistent filesystems.
• Deliver a unified on-ramp stack for builders creating web apps and agents, offering fast time-to-URL.
• Lead Firebase for AI-native apps and the orchestration portfolio (Eventarc, Workflows, Cloud Tasks, Cloud Scheduler) to govern asynchronous microservices and agents with enterprise compliance.
• Own adoption, revenue, and unit economics while advising enterprise customers and engaging open-source communities to drive runtime adoption.
• Recruit and mentor a high-performing product team spanning consumer-scale developer products and enterprise infrastructure, fostering strategic execution and customer obsession.
