Description We are looking for a seasoned Product and Business leader to lead the Product Vision and Strategy for Alexa Shopping. This leader will be at the forefront of the most recent AI advancements to re-imagine and re-invent Alexa Shopping product, making it an even more delightful and helpful for millions of customers globally. This leader is capable of leading and partnering with multi-functional teams including product management, UX Design, engineering, science, and operations job families. This leader is experienced at building products for WW customers and partnering with local teams to define and adapt the roadmap for all customers. This is a highly visible role that works with senior leaders across Shopping and Alexa businesses to deliver impactful business results. We're looking for people who innovate, love solving hard problems, and never take "no" for an answer. Key job responsibilities - Lead the product vision, strategy and roadmaps to build the next generation of Alexa Shopping product. - Develop a team of world-class product managers, providing guidance and direction to deliver the product vision and strategy. - Own Alexa Shopping business outcomes including, but not limited to, driving Alexa Shopping's engagement and economic contributions. - Closely partner with Stores, Alexa and AGI teams to align on roadmaps, balancing long-term planning with agility to deliver the maximum impact for Alexa Shopping business. - Raise the bar on design quality and user research and enable the Alexa Shopping team to iterate and experiment quickly to deliver Shopping features on Alexa end-points. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field - Experience designing and launching new products from the ground up - 5+ years of practical work applying ML to solve complex problems experience - Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers - Experience leading engineering and product teams Preferred Qualifications - Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products - Experience leading large projects through the full product development life cycle in a large, cross-functional team - Experience in leading E2E product lifecycle with knowledge of software engineering practices & patterns for the full SDLC. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
