As a Director, Product Manager for SAP S/4 at Honeywell, you will serve as the bridge between manufacturing operations and digital execution, ensuring SAP S/4 solutions enable real, effective shop floor outcomes. This role is centered on how manufacturing actually works, translating plant needs, manufacturing engineering (AME), shop floor execution, maintenance, quality, and compliance into scalable, standardized processes in SAP S/4.

You will report directly to our Vice President of Manufacturing Excellence.

You will lead the design, adoption, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, ensuring SAP solutions drive productivity, reliability, and compliance across plants globally.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Proven experience managing product vision and roadmaps in SAP S4 Plan bridging AME, operations, and SAP/IT teams
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies including backlog management, PI planning, and feature definition.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively, balancing priorities and driving consensus.
  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment practices supporting release on demand in complex enterprise environments.
  • Extensive demonstrated SAP experience in manufacturing / Supply chain management with hands on understanding of SAP configuration
  • SAP variant configuration, shop floor execution, and KPI optimization
  • Broad SAP leadership across process, product, engineering, and project-based industry environments
  • Experience working in a matrixed global organization

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Extensive experience leading SAP S4 transformation projects in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to product compliance and EHS.
  • Spearheaded strategic transformation of supply chain processes, and organizational capabilities.
  • Directed integration of advanced planning systems and execution systems to strengthen effectiveness and business alignment.
  • SAP configuration experience in Supply Chain modules is preferred
