Director Product Manager
Location: Onsite SFO, CA- 5 days office
Description
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling modules, with a proven track record of successful implementations, support, technical upgrades, and testing projects across various SAP versions including ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA. This role requires a strong understanding of financial business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• 14+ years of experience in SAP ERP platform (SAP ECC, S/4Hana)
• SAP cutover, Master and transactional data loads, go-live support experience
• Ensure rollback, fallback, and contingency plans are tested and ready
• Good experience in GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting.
• Ensure application support readiness for: Go-live and hyper care, Month-end and quarter-end close
• Lead and participate in SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
• Proven experience leading ERP cutovers, enterprise go-lives, and hyper care
• Strong background in incident, problem, and change management, with focus on root-cause elimination
• Demonstrated experience leading or overseeing L2/L3 ERP application support in a large, mission-critical environment
• Experience leading SAP S/4HANA migrations strongly preferred
• Transformation & Implementation: Leading large-scale modernization programs, such as migrating to SAP S/4HANA, from initial design through post-go-live support.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, budgeting, and statutory reporting requirements
