Non-Negotiable Skills
- Senior-level / Director role with responsibility for senior people management, process improvements, and production support stabilization
- Accountable for meeting strict SLAs and maintaining key production metrics
- Ensures deliverables are executed effectively without impact to management or the business
- Requires strong domain expertise, including experience with similar creator systems and prior domain knowledge
- Hands-on technical background required: SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, and Python
Biggest Non-Negotiable
- 15+ years of experience in IT Operations / Production Support within financial services
- 5+ years in a Director level or equivalent leadership role supporting risk or exposure platforms
- Strong technical accumen: Azure cloud, Databricks, Python, ETL, CI/CD pipelines, modern SRE & DevOps tools & technologies (K8, terraform, etc.)
