Job Description
Corporate Title: Executive Director
Non-Negotiable Skills:
- 10+ years of production support experience in financial services, with at least 5 years leading L2/L3 support across multi-region teams.
- Experience working in Risk is critical or front-office trading support.
- Hands-on technical experience, including programming.
- Ability to write and execute queries.
- Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, production support, production hygiene, and real-time monitoring.
- Experience supporting both on-premises infrastructure and cloud environments.
