Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a Director - Program Management, Digital Assets who plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion. The person in this role leads/coordinates and secures required resources and used formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies project problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Ensures that project is completed on-time according to the stated specifications and within budgeted costs. Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that project is completed on-time according to the stated specifications and within budgeted costs.

  • Applies a theoretical knowledge-base to work to achieves goals through own work

  • May provide guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise

  • Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practice

  • Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions

  • Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

  • 5-7 years of experience in program or project management with software are financial services solutions preferred

  • Digital Asset and Tokenization program management experience preferred, supporting product specific builds a must

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $165,000 - $175,000

Bonus Eligibility: Bonus Eligible
