JOB SUMMARY
The VP, Director Program Management is responsible for conceptualizing meetings and events that are strategically designed to meet the client's business objectives and presenting them to current and future clients. This individual serves as a meetings/logistical resource to all teams at the agency; leads the staff responsible for the implementation of meetings, events, and speaker programs; and manages client relationships and scopes of work for meetings activities. The VP, Director Program Management is responsible for continually evaluating and recommending improvements to the infrastructure supporting the meeting services group.

Cvent meetings management platform
Microsoft Excel (familiarity to perform basic functions and formulas)
Workfront/Workfront Proof (or equivalent)
Microsoft PowerPoint (proficiency to create slides for business needs)
$175,000 to $200,000 annually
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
