Position Summary...

The Director, Program Management provides strategic leadership by aligning business objectives with customer needs and driving the execution of enterprise-wide initiatives. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor''s degree in Business, Human Resources, Legal, or related field and 5 years experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 7 years experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.

4 years experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

4 years experience leading cross-functional teams.
