    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor"s degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • 15 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or sales strategy with 6 years of people management experience.
    • Experience in digital marketing channels, consumer mobile products, online products, and online advertising technologies.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • MBA or Master"s degree in Management or Marketing.
    • Experience working with and presenting to C-suite stakeholders.
    • Commercial experience with sales management in media sales environments, specifically within ad-tech platforms, agencies, or brands.
    • Deep knowledge of and passion for Google's performance marketing products and offerings across search, display, and video, combined with a strong understanding of programmatic media.
    • Deep knowledge of the programmatic landscape, DSPs, and ad-tech history, with demonstrated agility to adapt to agentic AI and rapidly shifting market conditions.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive complex data integrations to unlock incremental budgets.

    As stewards of this opportunity, we sit at the epicenter of a rapidly evolving ad-tech ecosystem, acting as the critical bridge between internal Google teams and external brands. As the industry shifts, you and your team must demonstrate strategic agility to navigate and commercialize rapid disruptions, including the integration of agentic AI products. We have the privilege of working with a broad cross-functional team to enable sales execution, collaborating with primary sales teams to help customers achieve their business objectives while generating revenue for Google.

    Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    US: $230000 - $320000 (USD) + 80% bonus target + equity + benefits

    Responsibilities

    • Establish operating excellence and strong collaboration across the sector vertical, forging deep relationships with key partners by advising on performance product strategies.
    • Lead and manage a large, distributed team of programmatic media sales managers and specialists to drive adoption of Display & Video 360 (DV360), Biddable cTV, and first-party data integrations (data manager).
    • Transition clients away from incremental buys by pitching holistic business impact and deploying a measurement trifecta of incrementality experiments, attribution, and MMMs.
    • Manage complex, high-stakes relationships with senior brand executives (e.g., CMOs) and major retail stakeholders.
    • Cultivate a "game on" culture by empowering sellers to master their craft and build career momentum. Advocate for AI-enabled productivity to uncover insights and improve sales execution.
