Seeking a dynamic Director to lead the New Product Introduction program in Aerospace Electro-Mechanical Actuation.
Location: Shelby, NC
Primary responsibilities include managing program schedules, delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction while maintaining financial targets and project margins. The role involves acting as a Program Manager for key development programs, overseeing program P&L, and coaching PM professionals.
Key metrics focus on revenue forecasting, on-time/on-budget execution, team capability, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities encompass evolving PM processes, managing interdependent programs, stakeholder engagement, financial oversight, and team leadership.
Qualifications include 10+ years in Program/Project Management, experience in manufacturing, supply chain, aerospace, strong contract and financial skills, excellent communication, and a relevant technical degree.
