Job Summary
The Director, Project Management provides strategic leadership for the organization's project management function, overseeing a portfolio of technology initiatives with a strong focus on AI-enabled solutions and healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) innovations. This role establishes and drives enterprise project management methodologies, governance, tools, and best practices to ensure successful project execution and measurable business outcomes.
Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional partners, this role aligns project priorities with organizational strategy, strengthens collaboration between product and project management teams, and ensures effective management of project scope, resources, budgets, risks, and quality. The Director, Project Management also drives ROI planning and performance measurement to maximize the value of strategic initiatives.

Physical Requirements
Pay range: $95,000 - $105,000 annually, with final compensation based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and business needs. Individuals in this role are eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus plan and a comprehensive benefit package, including a retirement plan, health coverage, paid time off and other benefits provided in accordance with applicable law.
