POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Q CELLS Home Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced solar operations leader to oversee licensing, quality, and training initiatives across the organization. As the Director, Quality and Training, this individual will serve as the company’s license qualifier while leading quality assurance and training programs for all field employees. Key responsibilities include maintaining electrical contractor licenses in active and good standing, obtaining additional state-specific licenses as needed, and developing scalable quality and training programs that support operational excellence.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for helping build and scale the Axia by Qcells division across the United States. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in residential solar construction operations and hold multiple active electrical licenses throughout the Northeast region.
This position may be based out of Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Teaneck, NJ, with an in-office schedule determined at the discretion of the direct manager in accordance with company policies and procedures.

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
