This position supports the end-to-end operational engine of graduate admissions, from speed-to-lead outreach through admit-to-enroll conversion and owns event operations across on-property, external, and virtual formats. This position is the functional owner of Slate-driven recruiting operations and communications, including email and text journeys, templates, testing, compliance, and performance analytics. This role ensures program web content is accurate and up to date at all times and partners closely with the Director of Admissions and Director of Marketing to align marketing, communications, and content updates with enrollment goals. This position supervises the Admissions Coordinators and other admissions operations staff, and drives continuous improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs), data integrity, and cross-functional workflows.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; availability for evening/weekend outreach and events during peak cycles
Demonstrated ownership of CRM-enabled recruiting and communications operations (Slate required or equivalent with commitment to Slate mastery)
Event operations leadership (on-campus, external, and virtual) including planning, budgets, logistics, and post-event ROI analysis
Experience collaborating with marketing teams on content, web updates, and lead quality feedback; international recruiting experience preferred
Strong people leadership: hiring, coaching, delegating, and evaluating a KPI-driven team
Expert proficiency in Slate CRM, including segmentation, journeys, email/text messaging, deliverability, templating, testing, analytics, user governance, and documentation
Proven event operations capability across formats (on-property, external, virtual), including run-of-show, vendor coordination, attendee journey optimization, and post-event reporting
Process architect and operator: builds, documents, and improves SOPs, SLAs, QA checks, and compliance controls
Metrics-oriented with fluency in pipeline analytics, dashboards, and conversion optimization
