The Director of Recruitment Marketing will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our global employer brand and top-of-funnel talent acquisition efforts. This role blends performance marketing, employer branding, and recruitment advertising to attract, engage, and convert high-qualitytalent at scale.
As the owner of our recruitment marketing ecosystem, you will drive multichannel acquisition strategies, oversee employer brand development, and build a data-driven marketing engine grounded in analytics, attribution, and ROI. You will partner cross-functionally with stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization to position Gartner as an employer of choice and deliver measurable hiring impact.
