$5,000 Sign-on Bonus | Full-time opportunity

Works with Sr. Director to determine strategies and tactics for effective and efficient program operations. Provides oversight to Residential Managers in a supportive and positive fashion by planning, coordinating, supporting, and promoting a high-quality atmosphere of individual choice. Maintains regulatory and Quality Assurance (QA) standards.

Minimum Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in human services field recommended plus three (3) years of experience managing managers. Prior OPWDD experience required. QIDP required..

Licensure/Certification

• Valid NYS Driver's License. Availability of insured personal vehicle to transport self and/or individuals as necessary.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, internal equity, and location.
