Director, Respiratory Therapy AAMC

Full Time, Days, 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

The Directory of Respiratory Therapy and Neurodiagnostic plans, implements, directs, and evaluates activities, resources, programs, and services for all areas with the Division. 

Qualifications and Skills:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the position in a satisfactory manner. Individual abilities may result in some deviation from these guidelines.

Required Qualifications: 

• Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
•  Bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
•  Five years of experience in Acute Care or CAH which includes.
•  Five years of management experience.
•  NIMS Training IS100-HC, IS200, IS700A, IS800 within six months.

Licensure / Certification Requirements: 

• Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by the SC State Board of Medical Examiners
• Registered by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
