POSITION PURPOSE:
We are seeking a finance-driven leader to lead pricing alignment, revenue integrity, and billing governance across the organization.
This role will serve as a key bridge between Finance and the Sales and Customer Care teams, helping define pricing strategy, ensure billing accuracy, and implement disciplined processes across the order-to-cash lifecycle.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in telecom, broadband, or subscription-based industries
- Deep expertise in pricing strategy, rate design, and go-to-market execution
- Strong understanding of billing, order-to-cash, and revenue operations
- Proven ability to lead cross-functionally without direct ownership
PRIMARY RESPONSIBLILITES:
Revenue Assurance & Billing Integrity:
- Ensure all revenue is accurately billed, supported, and compliant with customer agreements
- Oversee the validation of invoices, credits, and adjustments for accuracy and consistency
- Oversee execution of contract terms, including escalators and rate changes
- Identify and remediate revenue leakage across the order-to-cash process
- Maintain governance over credit issuance and exception handling
Pricing Strategy & Governance:
- Partner with Sales and Finance to define and refine re-pricing strategies and ensure maximum revenue realization
- Develop month-to-month pricing frameworks, rate structures, and approval guidelines
- Analyze pricing performance, renewals, and churn drivers
- Establish and enforce pricing governance and approval workflow
Customer Billing Oversight (Finance Liaison)
- Act as Finance lead and approval authority for billing disputes and customer credits
- Establish standardized processes and controls for dispute resolution
- Approve non-standard credits and high-risk adjustments
- Develop reporting on dispute trends, credit drivers, and resolution timelines
- Partner with Customer Care leadership to improve billing outcomes and reduce repeat issues
Controls, Compliance & Audit Readiness
- Design and enforce controls across pricing, billing, and credits
- Maintain audit-ready documentation supporting all pricing and billing decisions
- Support FP&A with revenue analysis and reporting
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner across Sales, Service Delivery, Customer Care, and Finance
- Align commercial strategy with financial outcomes
- Drive process improvements across Salesforce, billing, and ERP systems
- Improve data accuracy, transparency, and operational execution
