Director to lead Clinical Risk Management, Patient Safety, Quality, and Infection Prevention programs within an acute care hospital.Key Responsibilities* Lead clinical risk and patient safety programs.* Conduct/oversee RCA, FMEA, and clinical chart reviews.* Oversee Infection Prevention and architectural infection-control activities.* Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.* Identify risks and implement corrective actions.* Analyze patient safety, quality, and population health data.* Partner with hospital leadership and clinical teams.
