Description

At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you're passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.

Broadridge is seeking a Hybrid Sales / Account Manager to own both sales growth and account stewardship for an assigned portfolio. In this role, you will generate new opportunities, protect existing revenue, and identify expansion opportunities within current accounts. You will serve as a trusted client partner while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes and a positive client experience.

This role is considered hybrid, which means we work both remotely and in person to support collaboration, learning, and client success.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts or territory, building trusted relationships with buyers, influencers, users, and senior stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client strategy, operating priorities, buying behavior, product usage, renewal risks, and growth opportunities to support effective account planning.
  • Own day-to-day account stewardship and manage the full sales process, including prospecting, discovery, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, contracting, and close.
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell, upsell, product adoption, renewal-adjacent, and share-of-wallet opportunities within assigned accounts and with new buyers.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, unresolved issues, adoption trends, and renewal risks, and coordinate internal actions to protect revenue and strengthen client trust.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records across contacts, activities, pipeline, opportunities, forecasts, account plans, and client commitments.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from closed opportunities into onboarding, implementation, service, and ongoing account management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to balance new business development with ongoing account management responsibilities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with decision-makers, influencers, and end users.
  • Strong planning, organization, and execution skills with disciplined follow-up.
  • Ability to translate complex solutions into clear, relevant client narratives tied to business needs and outcomes.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional resources while remaining accountable for client experience and commercial results.
  • Strong negotiation skills and sound commercial judgment.
  • Ability to identify risks early and escalate renewal concerns, pricing issues, and internal blockers before they impact revenue or client trust.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $125,000.00- $140,000.00.
