Position Summary:

Amkor Technology is seeking a Director of Sales Operations for our Tempe, AZ office. This role is responsible for developing and optimizing global sales business processes, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement, driving scalable solutions across existing and new processes, and leading a high-performing team.

In this role, the Director of Sales Operations will partner closely with Sales, Finance, IT, Pricing, BU and cross-functional stakeholders to improve process efficiency, strengthen operational controls, and enable consistent execution across global sales operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop global sales business processes that support Salesforce and quote-to-cash initiatives, including enhancements, testing, rollout, and training
• Create content and drive new business standards that align to achieving corporate level initiatives
• Provide guidance and drive solutions on Customer nonstandard quote/invoicing/payment business processes

Support the S4 migration

• Establish close relationships with key decision makers at various levels and groups within Amkor
• Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver operational excellence and support business priorities
• Support Finance audit cycles and ensure compliance with applicable internal controls, policies, and business requirements
• Flexibility to travel as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations or Finance
• Demonstrated experience identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing reporting metrics
• Prior experience with the OSAT industry
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team
• Proven experience developing business processes and coordinating rollout and training activities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Highly developed interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
• Career-oriented professional with flexibility to support business needs, including occasional travel
• Proven experience delivering training and presentations to global teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM application is preferred
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Webex, or other remote meeting and collaboration tools.

Location:

Tempe, AZ. This position has a hybrid schedule. Candidates must reside near the local Amkor office or be willing to relocate to be considered.
