Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales leadership to identify opportunities for customer growth and new business development.
Develop strategies to support customer retention, expansion, and acquisition efforts.
Collaborate with Marketing to ensure sales teams are equipped with the tools, resources, and information needed to support business objectives.
Oversee lead management, pipeline support, and business development initiatives.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
Develop reporting and tracking processes that improve visibility into business performance.
Lead and develop a team responsible for sales support, training, project coordination, and operational activities.
Establish efficient workflows and processes to support the needs of the sales organization.
Partner with internal stakeholders to support company-wide growth initiatives and strategic projects.
Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and customer engagement.
