Director / Senior Director – CMS Account - Capture Leadership, Program Management & Oversight

Position OverviewTrillion Technology Solutions is seeking a senior CMS growth leader to own and expand the company's CMS account, driving business development, capture, and program execution within the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).This role is accountable for full lifecycle account leadership-including pipeline development, capture execution, contract oversight, and relationship expansion-and will serve as Trillion's primary face to CMS.Location (Firm Requirement)Baltimore/Washington DC Metro Area (Required)Candidates must reside in the Baltimore metro areaRegular, in-person presence at CMS is requiredKey ResponsibilitiesServe as Trillion's CMS Account OwnerDevelop and execute a CMS account strategyLead end-to-end capture effortsExpand and leverage CMS relationshipsIdentify opportunities across CMS BPAs, GWACs, and IDIQsBuild and manage strategic partnershipsProvide pipeline visibility and bid/no-bid recommendationsOversee program execution and contract performanceRepresent Trillion at CMS and industry engagementsRequired Qualifications10+ years supporting CMS programsCapture leadership / BD / account management experienceExperience with CMS BPAs, GWACs, IDIQsProven CMS account growth and winsEstablished CMS relationshipsFederal contract management / program oversight experienceStrong understanding of CMS acquisition environmentProposal development experienceStrong communication skillsPreferred QualificationsFormer CMS employee or contractorLarge CMS IT or data program delivery experienceAccount lead or program director experiencePMP or equivalent certificationActive clearance or ability to obtainTrillion is an equal opportunity employer.
