Dimension Consulting is expanding its Oracle Cloud Applications commercial sales organization and is looking for highly driven sales leaders who can build pipeline, create relationships, and drive transformational enterprise engagements across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM.

This is not a transactional implementation sales role. We are looking for growth builders, relationship creators, alliance drivers, and strategic sellers who understand how to create opportunities from scratch in a dynamically changing enterprise technology market.

Key Focus Areas

• Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications sales across ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM
• Commercial sector enterprise growth, excluding public sector focus
• Consulting services and digital transformation sales
• Account management and strategic partner alliance development
• Pipeline generation through outbound strategy, relationships, partnerships, and market positioning
• CXO level engagement with CIOs, CFOs, CHROs, and Transformation leaders
• AI enabled enterprise transformation and managed services positioning
• Cross collaboration with presales, delivery, alliances, and executive leadership teams
