At Christ Church, our mission is simple yet life-changing: Uniting People to God and People to People. We believe one of the most powerful ways that happens is through Small Groups … where people build authentic relationships, grow in their faith, receive care, and discover the joy of doing life together.
We're looking for an experienced, visionary, and relational Director of Small Groups to lead this vital ministry across all Christ Church campuses. If you're passionate about building leaders, strengthening biblical community, and helping people take their next step with Jesus, we'd love to meet you.

Leadership Development & Multiplication: You will recruit, develop, and empower Small Group Leaders and volunteers while building a sustainable leadership pipeline through coaching, mentoring, and intentional leadership development.
Leader Care, Coaching & Accountability: You will provide coaching, encouragement, and pastoral support to Small Group Leaders, helping them navigate challenges, grow in their leadership, and thrive in ministry.
Spiritual Formation & Discipleship: You will cultivate the spiritual growth of Small Group Leaders by modeling Christ-centered leadership and investing in them through prayer, mentoring, discipleship, and biblical encouragement.
Leader Community & Engagement: You will foster a connected and encouraging community of Small Group Leaders by creating opportunities for fellowship, collaboration, appreciation, and shared ministry experiences.
Small Group Health & Ministry Excellence: You will strengthen the health and effectiveness of Small Groups by evaluating ministry engagement, coaching leaders, and creating welcoming environments where people can grow in their faith and build meaningful relationships.
Small Group Centers Leadership: You will lead the Small Group Centers by developing volunteer teams, creating exceptional guest experiences, and helping people connect into life-giving biblical community.
Training & Resource Development: You will equip Small Group Leaders for success by developing engaging training, practical resources, and ongoing leadership development opportunities that strengthen discipleship and ministry effectiveness.
Technology, Reporting & Ministry Systems: You will leverage technology, data, and ministry systems to improve communication, track ministry effectiveness, measure growth, and support the continued success of the Small Groups Ministry across all campuses.
