Key Responsibilities:

Social Strategy & Organic Leadership

  • Define and execute a long-term vision for organic social across key and emerging platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube Shorts)
  • Oversee the full content ecosystem, including campaign planning and real-time cultural moments
  • Develop and manage content calendars based on insights, trends, and performance data
  • Establish platform-specific strategies, cadence, and optimization approaches
  • Lead development of creative content across in-house, creator, and agency channels

Influencer & Creator Strategy
  • Build and lead a comprehensive influencer strategy, including always-on programs and campaign-based activations
  • Identify and manage a diverse network of creators aligned with brand positioning
  • Oversee partner selection, negotiations, and performance measurement
  • Integrate influencer storytelling into broader marketing initiatives

Community Management & Brand Voice
  • Lead community management strategy across social platforms
  • Ensure timely, authentic, and brand-safe engagement with audiences
  • Establish governance standards including brand voice, escalation protocols, and crisis response
  • Monitor social conversations and determine appropriate engagement strategies

Performance, Insights & Optimization
  • Own social performance tracking, reporting, and optimization
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership
  • Conduct competitive and cultural analysis to inform strategy
  • Share learnings across marketing teams to influence broader initiatives

Cultural Leadership
  • Stay ahead of cultural trends, platform innovation, and audience behavior
  • Translate insights across music, sports, entertainment, and lifestyle into scalable ideas
  • Ensure brand participation in culture feels authentic and additive—not reactive

Paid Partnerships
  • Lead strategy and execution of paid partnerships across social and creator channels
  • Identify and manage partnerships with creators, publishers, and platforms
  • Establish KPIs and performance frameworks for partnership initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliant and effective execution

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership

  • Build and develop a high-performing social team

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
