As a Director Software Architect here at Honeywell, you will lead the end-to-end architectural execution across a high-velocity, AI-forward technology organization. You will own the full lifecycle from solution design through disciplined release delivery while maintaining an unrelenting focus on engineering excellence and customer outcomes.
You will report directly to our Chief Technology Officer and you'll work out of our Hamilton, NJ location.
In this role, you will impact the organization's innovation agenda across Software platforms and multi-cloud collaboration agent technologies, establishing architectural standards and governance that scale without sacrificing speed. You will maintain deep, strategic relationships with key cloud partners - including AWS, Salesforce, and Informatica - ensuring the organization continuously benefits from cutting-edge platform advancements.
The Director also serves as a senior technology leader and external ambassador-representing the organization at industry conferences, seminars, and public speaking engagements-while working in close partnership with commercial teams to ensure architectural investments translate directly into customer value and competitive advantage.

The annual base salary range for this position is $216,000 - $270,000. This position is incentive plan eligible. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
