As Director, Software Engineering, you will be supporting our business facing delivery teams and tasked with the responsibility of delivering modern technology solutions to our business partners. This role will be an essential part of our Technology function and provides an opportunity to learn and facilitate the success of our business. This role is based in our office in Boston, Massachusetts. You are required to follow the firm’s policy on in-office attendance. Our current policy requires in-office attendance on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and then provides an option to work remotely on Monday and Friday.
