  • JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
    • Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for multiple practice sites across the Samaritan service area, including Orthopedics, Podiatry, Sports Medicine, Neurosurgery and Ortho-Spine specialties. Partners closely with three medical directors to align clinical and operational goals, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. This role is responsible for mentoring and developing a team of five operations managers, maintaining visibility into day-to-day clinic operations. Oversees financial performance, budgeting, and strategic initiatives, with a focus on clinical transformation and continuous improvement in care delivery.

  • EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. Master's degree preferred.
    • Four (4) years experience in a position of similar responsibility and complexity required.
    • Medical office management experience required.
