     Director – Specialty Services
    (Contents | TMP | Structural Cleaning)

    Location: Baltimore, MD - Mid-Atlantic Region (Multi-State)

    Role Summary
    The Director of Specialty Services leads specialty service operations across a multi-state region. This role owns operational execution, documentation accuracy, and financial performance while ensuring strong coordination across departments and scalable systems.

    Core Responsibilities
    • Lead 24/7 specialty service operations across a multi-state region 
    • Ensure all work is executed, documented, and billed accurately 
    • Drive consistency in documentation, inventories, and job file quality 
    • Oversee workflow and ensure strong coordination across departments 
    • Enforce adherence to the TVR Playbook and disciplined use of KnowHow 
    • Implement and improve systems for inventory management, tracking, and documentation accuracy 
    • Partnering with HR to handle disciplinary or corrective action plans
    • Build and develop a high-performing, accountable team 
    • Own hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development programs 
    • Conduct annual performance reviews and establish clear expectations 
    • Own divisional P&L performance, including cost control and profitability 
    • Review and approve job costs, invoices, and financial allocations 
    • Drive initiatives that improve efficiency, documentation accuracy, and margin 
    • Participate in annual planning and long-term strategic initiatives (3–4 years) 
    • Ensure documentation supports billing, claims, and carrier expectations, reducing 
    disputes 
    • Maintain strong alignment with estimating, mitigation, reconstruction and accounting 
    teams
