Manage day to day property management & facility operations for our 335k sqft Marlborough campus, 7k sqft west coast satellite office, and shared NYC office.
Utilize team of 4(5) employees and outsourced flex vendor support model.

Mailroom
Reception
EH&S (Environmental Health & Safety)
Support lab operations (chemistry labs) & collaborate with research scientist to support their needs (core research support)
Manage cafe and catering operations at Marlborough site
Collaborate with Meeting Planning team to support onsite meetings & events
Collaborate with IT to support onsite needs and InfoSec ISO requirements
Ability to triage issues & needs, effectively communicate and resolve in timely and efficient manner
Ability to work autonomously with little management oversight and direction (self-starter based on high-level direction)
CLIENT is a primarily remote company thus onsite attendance varies day to day. Ability to flex with raising and falling needs.
Ability to be available for off hours work emergency repairs & break/fix
