What you'll be doing
The Director of Stadium Facilities leads all cleaning and janitorial operations across the stadium, ensuring a pristine guest experience on NFL game days, concerts, and major events. This role centers on operational excellence in housekeeping and vendor management, while partnering with and supporting the stadiums sustainability lead to advance environmental initiatives across the venue. The Director collaborates cross-functionally to deliver world-class cleanliness, manage key vendor relationships, and align housekeeping practices with brand, league, and sustainability standards.
