RESPONSIBILITIES:

The selected candidate will oversee all administrative and operational support aspects for Station Maintenance. This position will be responsible for the planning and execution of various initiatives within Station Maintenance, including the Station Refresh Program, and roll out of preventive and predicative maintenance programs. This position will also work on developing and rolling out new KPIs for Station Maintenance to drive best practices across the team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1) A bachelor's degree from an accredited college in planning, Business, Finance, Accounting and Data Science, or a related Field. Ten (10) years of full-time related experience and five (5) years must have been in a managerial/supervisory capacity; OR -

2) A satisfactory equivalent of education and experience.

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Preferred experience includes finance and accounting skills,
  • Knowledge of station maintenance,
  • Knowledge of NYCT rules and regulations,
  • Experience in performance reporting and asset management

Based on evaluation of education, skills, experience, interview, and written assessment.
