About The Position | Major Goals and Objectives and Location Requirements:
People Incorporated is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Director, Strategic Finance & Investor Relations for an important role within the Office of the CFO. This role will serve as a key support for the senior leadership team, with visibility into and participation in strategic initiatives, investor relations, and executive-level decision-making.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in corporate finance, exceptional analytical capabilities, and experience operating in high-performance environments. This individual will work cross-functionally across finance and operations and play a key role in driving strategic insights, financial analysis, and executive communications.
Hybrid 3x a week- (New York)
In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.
About The Team | The Team and/or Brand:
The team partners closely with finance and operations to deliver strategic insights, conduct in-depth financial analysis, and support key business initiatives that drive organizational performance. Operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, the department helps shape corporate strategy by providing analytical rigor, executive-level communications, and visibility into initiatives that influence both internal leadership and external stakeholders.
About The Position's Contributions: Weight % Accountabilities, Actions, and Expected Measurable Results

Prepare Board of Directors and executive-level materials, including financial performance updates, strategic initiative progress reports, and key business insights.
Support the Investor Relations function by coordinating and managing quarterly earnings processes and logistics, including earnings release, investor deck and earnings call preparation, as well as ongoing analyst and shareholder analysis and communication.
Partner with senior management on strategic finance initiatives, including capital allocation, share repurchase, and sum-of-the-parts (SOTP) analyses to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
Maintain and enhance strategic finance reference materials, including valuation analyses, cap table scenarios, peer benchmarking, and key internal performance metrics.

Strong foundation in corporate finance, financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis.
Exceptional PowerPoint or Google Suite presentation development skills with the ability to create polished executive- and Board-level materials.
Advanced analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
High degree of professionalism, integrity, and intellectual curiosity.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and execute complex projects with minimal oversight.
Experience supporting public company reporting, investor relations, or executive communications.
Strong business judgment and strategic mindset.
Proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations.

Pay Range
Salary: New York: $160,000.00 - $190,000.00
The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
