Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. Here, everyone is part of the story. Part of a community that connects across the globe. We create a place where creativity succeeds. We invite new perspectives, and we make ideas matter. We are a team where everyone makes play happen.#WeAreEA and we exist to inspire the world to play. EA values creativity, pioneering, passion, determination, learning, and teamwork.

The Corporate Strategy team drives EAs long-term strategic direction, helping leadership navigate an evolving entertainment and technology landscape. We turn bold ideas into tangible strategies, identify new opportunities, and develop the next generation of strategic leaders.

We are looking for you to help shape, steward, and operationalize EAs corporate strategy. You will report to Vice President of Corporate Strategy, in this high visibility role. It involves regular interaction with EAs executive leadership team and close partnership with leaders across multiple organizations, including Strategy, Finance, Corporate Development, Communications, and EAs studio and technology organizations.

You will operate at the center of EAs most important strategic questions. It helps leadership understand what is changing in the world, what it means for EA, and how we should respond. Additionally, it ensures leadership aligns with the Corporate Strategy function at the executive level.

Responsibilities

Monitor and summarize macro trends across interactive entertainment, media, technology, and platforms, including shifts in consumer behavior, monetization models, ecosystem dynamics, and new technologies such as AI.

Develop concise, executive-ready perspectives such as memos, briefs, and framing materials that explain clear implications for EAs corporate strategy, portfolio choices, and long-term positioning.

Be a connective advisor across Business Strategy, Enterprise Strategy, and Strategic Intelligence, frame targeted analyses, and ensure priorities and insights align to EAs corporate strategy.

Partner with Finance to assess portfolio-level trade-offs, capital allocation considerations, and long-range strategic implications of different growth paths.

Lead workstreams spanning corporate strategy evolution, portfolio and adjacency assessments, M&A-related strategic diligence, partnership strategy, and Board- and executive-level materials.

Partner with the VP of Corporate Strategy to align priorities, messaging, and operating cadence across the function, ensuring disciplined execution, on enterprise commitments.

Orchestrate executive meetings, Board engagements, and senior leadership forums, ensuring materials and discussions are cohesive, rigorous, and oriented toward clear actions.

Steward and refine EAs corporate strategy narrative, driving consistency across leadership materials and discussions, and partnering with Communications and Investor Relations to translate strategy into clear internal and external messaging.

Strengthen the effectiveness of the Corporate Strategy team by evolving the operating model, elevating team communications and forums, and mentoring and developing talent to build a high-performing, future-ready function

Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience in strategy, corporate development, or related roles, with 3+ years in a management or team leadership capacity, within media, technology, gaming, or entertainment.

Experience leading complex, strategic plans that bring measurable growth.

Expertise partnering with senior executives, operating efficiently in high-visibility situations.

Experience supporting executive forums, leadership communications, and organizational coordination in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

Experience balancing long-term strategic vision, while bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to enterprise priorities.

Passion for interactive entertainment, innovation, and building enduring franchises that resonate with players and fans worldwide.
