    • Executive Communications: Prepare high quality presentations and briefing materials for the Board of Directors and the C-Suite.
    • Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure functional strategy (Finance, IT, HR, Marketing, and Operations) is properly connected to the overall corporate vision.
    • Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build sophisticated models to project the impact of strategic initiatives, including ROI calculations for potential investments.
  • Project Management Office
    • Align the project portfolio with corporate strategy by partnering with executive leadership to prioritize high-value initiatives and sunset projects that no longer meet ROI thresholds.
    • Establish and refine PMO frameworks, methodologies, and governance standards to ensure consistent delivery across all project types and project managers.
    • Facilitate the PMO steering committee to ensure project managers are prepared to present well-organized and informative project updates against milestones and deliverables.
    • Lead enterprise-wide projects for which cross-functional alignment and change management are required to ensure smooth implementation with minimal disruption.
  • Capacity and Demand Planning
    • Create and facilitate the monthly capacity and demand planning cycle, orchestrating executive-level meetings (Demand Review, Capacity Review, Gap Analysis, and Executive Approval) to reach a single, consensus-based operating plan.
    • Bridge the gap between provider capacity and patient demand by translating market-facing forecasts into actionable gap recovery plans.
    • Partner with support and regional leadership to standardize playbooks across different regions and functions to ensure a unified approach to common issue resolution.
    • Improve forecast accuracy by integrating statistical modeling combined with practice-level insights.
    • Analyze demand volatility and regional variability to identify leading indicators of demand surpluses or shortfalls that may not be evident from management planning alone.
    • In concert with the annual strategic planning process, develop capacity and demand insights that will inform the executive team and assist in planning acquisition targets, capital expenditures, and organizational needs.
Basic Education, Training and Experience Required:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA is highly preferred.

  • Project Management: Experience leading large projects with strong understanding of principles of project management excellence. PMP certification desired but not required.
  • Sales and Operations Planning: Experience leading or participating in regular S&OP meetings to identify and resolve gaps between capacity and demand.
