Under the direct supervision of the Senior Executive Director of Operations, provide oversight and direction to the SUD Behavioral Health Team for daily clinical operations. The Director of SUD Services works collaboratively with the staff of the clinical programs to ensure compliance with agency and clinical standards, as well as federal, state, local and third-party payer expectations. This person will develop and maintain operations to maximize clinical efficiencies and quality objectives while achieving productivity requirements. The Director of SUD Services will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordination of clinical practices within the agency.

Education & Experience:

  • Master's degree in social work, healthcare admin., public health, counseling, psychology, nursing required.
  • Valid Michigan licensure as a LMSW, LPC, LP or RN required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of recent leadership experience required.
  • Valid certification as a Substance Abuse and Addiction Counselor (CAADC) required.
  • Must meet all Continuing Education requirements.
