Position Type: Full-time; weekend availability required
Key Responsibilities:
- Model Chick-fil-A’s Vision, Mission, and Values to guests and team members.
- Lead and support the “Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy” and Hospitality Model.
- Utilize metrics to identify trends and improve operations.
- Provide continuous feedback and mentorship to team members.
- Ensure all procedures are executed with emphasis on hospitality, speed, and accuracy.

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience.
- Demonstrated character, integrity, and a passion for serving others.
- Ability to create and execute a personal development plan.
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
