    Director, Supply Chain Transportation Technology

    As part of the Technical Innovation Supply Chain organization, the Supply Chain Transportation Technology Director will play a crucial role in the Logistics Planning and Execution workstream. The Director will work closely with CPS and NAOU stakeholders to build a transportation digital transformation strategy and roadmap that aligns with the company's objectives and business requirements. As the product owner, the Director will be responsible for designing and delivering functional and technical solutions for new transformation projects. This role will also be responsible for the continuous improvement and maintenance of these solutions to ensure they remain best in class. 

    What You’ll Do for Us 

    • Own the product and solution direction by maintaining the global template, validating and challenging business requirements, and ensuring solutions are scalable, standardized, and aligned with future business growth.

    • Translate strategy into executable solutions by converting business requirements into functional and technical specifications, partnering with developers, and leading design, build, testing, and quality assurance activities.

    • Drive continuous improvement and innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, applications, and SAP capabilities, leading upgrades, monitoring market innovations, and incorporating relevant benchmarking and new functionality.

    • Ensure business continuity and user enablement by supporting issue resolution, coordinating with production support, providing functional and technical guidance, transferring knowledge, and strengthening super-user capabilities through SAP process training.

    • Lead roadmap, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment by collaborating with business leadership and cross-functional teams to define a three-year roadmap, align priorities, and support strategic decision-making.

    • Manage delivery execution by leading initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation while controlling scope, budget, quality, timelines, documentation, resources, and status reporting.

    • Provide cross-organizational leadership by shaping and managing business initiatives across CPS and NAOU globally, ensuring coordination between business, Logistics Digital, super-users, and support teams.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Expertise in Supply Chain operations with a focus on Transportation Management and integrations, such as Transportation Master Data, Transportation Planning, Inbound/Outbound Transportation Execution, and Freight Settlement, is required for this role.

    • Experience in business process re-engineering and standardizing business processes across entities.

    • Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA TM design, configuration, development, and implementation is essential, including expertise with the Optimizer, Planning profiles, Packing builder, LBN, Freight Settlement, Track & Trace solutions, Event Management, and integration with EWM module.

    • Forward-thinking with the ability to anticipate and communicate potential impacts of emerging technologies. 

    • Results-orientated leadership with strong negotiation, responsiveness, collaboration, and consensus building experience.

    • Advanced program management skills, as well as strong influence and communication abilities, with the capacity to lead highly complex and cross-functional projects.

    • A current understanding of IT management disciplines and the technical tools in use and the ability to keep up with and assess new technology and provide leadership in applying it strategically to business.

    • Ability to work on a virtual and international environment, facilitating strong collaboration with users, stakeholders, and other team members across various workstreams.

    Education

    • Bachelor’s Degree Required in Supply chain, transportation Management or information technology.

    • 5-7 years of experience in IT Supply Chain, Transportation system implementation and project management.

    • SAP Certification in TM module

    • Fluent in English

    Pay Range:

    United States of America: 171,000 USD - 198,000 USD

    Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
