Position Name: Director Surgical Services

Available Shifts: Full Time – Days – Rotating Weekends

Salary range: $184,683.20 - $276,848.00 (based on years of experience)

Incentive Bonus of Up To 17.5% 

Relocation Assistance: Case by Case

Job Summary and Qualifications: 

The Director of Surgical Services ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s)/department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.

Education & Experience:  

• Bachelor's Degree or other approved education plan Required 
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required 
• Master's Degree Preferred 
• 1+ years of recent leadership experience in Surgical Services Required (Director or Strong Managerial Experience)
• 3+ years applicable Surgical Services experience Required

Key Service Lines - General, Spine, Ortho, Open Heart, Neuro 

Primary Stroke Center 

Robotics - 2 Globus, 2 Mako, 1 Rosa, 4 DaVinci (2 XI, 1 DV5, 1 SP)

Director will oversee OR only and reports into the VP of Surgical Services
