Salary: Up to $145,000 annually (based on experience)

• Oversee daily operations of surgical services, including OR, PACU, and sterile processing

• Drive quality, safety, and efficiency across all perioperative services

• Lead, mentor, and develop surgical services staff and leadership teams

• Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation

• Proven leadership experience in surgical services or perioperative management

• Strong knowledge of OR workflows, compliance, and regulatory standards

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• RN license required; BSN or advanced degree preferred
