Salary: Up to $145,000 annually (based on experience)
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily operations of surgical services, including OR, PACU, and sterile processing
Drive quality, safety, and efficiency across all perioperative services
Lead, mentor, and develop surgical services staff and leadership teams
Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation
What You’ll Bring:
Proven leadership experience in surgical services or perioperative management
Strong knowledge of OR workflows, compliance, and regulatory standards
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
RN license required; BSN or advanced degree preferred
