  • Partner with businesses to bring subject matter expertise on sustainability-related commercial strategy, and with the Chief Science Office on design for sustainability programming

  • Serve as the enterprise relationship lead for sustainability with key customers, acting as the primary point of contact within executive governance structures to align sustainability priorities, support contract negotiation, drive engagement, and strengthen long-term partnerships

  • Develop and lead strategic, innovative sustainability partnerships that create mutual value, advance customer sustainability goals, and position Thermo Fisher as a trusted partner in delivering measurable environmental impact.

  • Identify opportunities and serve as Thermo Fisher's representative in industry and practitioner consortia, advancing the company's leadership and influence on environmental sustainability topics

  • Lead environmental data governance, assurance, and reporting for voluntary disclosures and regulatory requirements (e.g., CDP, EcoVadis, CSRD, ISSB, UK SRS, UK Carbon Reduction Plan, and SB 251), aligning reporting with evolving accounting standards and sustainability frameworks

  • Oversee external environmental sustainability content, including the Greener by Design platform, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with corporate sustainability objectives

  • Partner across corporate functions to advance sustainability priorities related to climate risk, materiality, and climate transition planning
