  • Continuously refine the model in partnership with the Chief Growth Officer based on outcomes and data

Revenue, Contracts, and Business Development

  • Build partnerships with employers, workforce systems, funders, and public-sector organizations
  • Generate revenue through placements, contracts, fee-for-service models, and sponsorships across high-demand industries

  • Track and report on revenue, contracts, placement outcomes, and employer satisfaction

Program Operations and Service Delivery

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality, culturally responsive workforce services

  • Ensure participants are job-ready through resume support, interview prep, and career pathway planning
  • Connect participants to training programs and credentialing opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal programs to build strong referral pathways
  • Support participants in overcoming barriers such as transportation, childcare, housing, and behavioral health

Employer Engagement and Talent Pipeline Development

  • Develop and manage relationships with employer partners
  • Align talent pipelines with real labor market demand
  • Support successful hiring, onboarding, and retention practices
  • Organize hiring events, employer convenings, and workforce development initiatives

Data, Outcomes, and Performance Management

  • Build and manage program dashboards and performance tracking systems
  • Use data to improve operations and guide strategic decisions
  • Ensure accurate data entry across all tracking platforms
  • Provide regular updates to leadership, partners, and stakeholders

Internal Collaboration and External Representation

  • Partner across Samaritas programs to align with broader growth and impact strategies
  • Work with Marketing and Communications to promote the Talent Network
  • Ensure compliance with program standards, funding requirements, and regulations
  • Represent Samaritas in workforce development forums and community partnerships
