Description and Requirements

Lenovo's Cloud Service Provider (CSP) segment within Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) is seeking a Director, Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for Tier‑1 strategic customers.

In this role, you will own the full program lifecycle-from roadmap alignment and development execution to production readiness and customer success. You will serve as the senior cross-functional leader across engineering, system architecture, manufacturing, and quality, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong technical depth in server, storage, and GPU platforms, combined with executive-level communication and customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Leadership

  • Lead full lifecycle delivery of flagship server, storage, and GPU programs for key CSP accounts
  • Drive program ramp, new business wins, and execution against revenue and customer commitments
  • Own executive-level customer engagement, including QBRs and ongoing partnership alignment

End-to-End Program Execution

  • Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and cross-functional execution across engineering, system leads, TPMs, and manufacturing
  • Drive design reviews, DFMEA/DFS validation, debug closure, and quality readiness
  • Lead change management, issue resolution, and status reporting to stakeholders

Team & Operational Excellence

  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams including TPM, System Leads, BOM/EC, and PJM functions
  • Establish and optimize program governance, PMO processes, and risk frameworks
  • Maintain systems for schedule, budget tracking, and change control

Quality, Cost & Customer Success

  • Manage program budgets, cost control, and expense tracking
  • Drive NPI milestones including sample builds, MP readiness, and sustaining support
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction, strong QBR performance, and resolution of critical issues

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of technical program management experience in server, storage, GPU, or cloud hardware environments
  • Proven experience supporting Tier‑1 CSP or global OEM customers
  • People leadership experience across engineering, TPM, or System Lead teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in NPI, end-to-end hardware development, DFMEA/DFS, validation, and program governance
  • Excellent communication skills with executive presence and customer-facing experience
  • Ability to lead complex global programs and drive outcomes under tight timelines
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
