Lead the Tech Resiliency and Recovery function for Ameriprise as part of the broader Technology Operations Center team. This includes providing leadership with running our Technology Resiliency and Recovery program for the company, working with various Application and Platform infrastructure owners in developing the recovery plans, exercising them and reporting outcomes to senior leadership.

Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. The estimated base salary for this role is $131,000 - $180,000 a year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
